Innovation
Strukturierte Metallisierung von Kunststoffen
Die Innovation ist ein neuartiges Verfahren zur strukturierten Metallisierung von Kunstoffen und Keramiken, das NanoMID-Verfahren. Mittels diesem ist es möglich, auf beliebigen Kunststoff- und Keramikbauteilen leitfähige, metallische Strukturen aufzubringen. Die Metallisierung kann hierbei feine Strukturen erzeugen. Wir können Leiterbahnen mit einer Breite von 200 µm erzeugen. Feinere Strukturen kleiner als 100 µm sind auch möglich, jedoch von uns noch nicht realisiert. Darüber hinaus können wir mit unserem Verfahren auch Legierungen mit Schichtdicken in nm-Bereich abscheiden.

Die MID Solutions GmbH wurde am 1.10.2009 gegründet, Sitz der Firma ist Gittelde. Aktuell haben sind wir ein Team von zehn Mitarbeitenden.

MID steht für Molded Interconnect Devices also, frei übersetzt für gegossene Schaltungsträger Sie stellen eine dreidimensionale Platinenbauart dar, die jeweils eine individuelle Kombination von elektrischer und mechanischer Konstruktion ist. Die Anwendung der MID-Technologie liegt in den Bereichen Telekommunikation und Antennentechnik, Büroelektronik/Datentechnik sowie der Automobil- und Steckverbinderindustrie.
